Refund Policy
At DryCore Underwear (“DryCore,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we want you to feel confident when placing your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help in accordance with the terms below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or refund within [30 / 60] days of the date your order is delivered.
If DryCore promotes a 60-day guarantee on product pages, ads, checkout, or email campaigns, this policy should match that exact offer to avoid inconsistency. Mahmura’s source policy explicitly uses a 60-day window because its product page highlights a “60-Day Money Back Guarantee.”
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be in its original packaging

include all original items, inserts, or accessories, if applicable
Because DryCore sells underwear, we may refuse returns of products that have been worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or opened in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale or unsafe to handle.
This is an important brand-specific adjustment: Mahmura’s version says “unused” and “original packaging,” but for underwear you should state the hygiene rule much more clearly. Mahmura’s policy already reserves the right to reject used or altered items.
3. Hygiene and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This may include:

underwear that has been worn, tried on directly against the skin, washed, or soiled

items returned without original packaging where hygiene cannot be verified

4. How to Request a Return

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

8. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a promotional guarantee.
If you would like a different size or style, please contact us first so we can confirm whether an exchange is possible under our hygiene and inventory rules.
This is slightly tightened for apparel/underwear compared with Mahmura’s simpler exchange wording. Mahmura only replaces damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please:

10. Refused Returns
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item:

Mahmura already lists used, altered, incomplete, or final-sale items as non-returnable.
11. Chargebacks and Abuse
If we detect abuse of our return policy, repeated refund claims, fraudulent activity, or intentional misuse of products, we reserve the right to deny future orders, returns, refunds, or support requests to the extent permitted by law.
This is not clearly spelled out in the Mahmura source, but it is a reasonable ecommerce protection clause for a DTC store. It should be kept only if it reflects your actual enforcement approach.
